Washed Ethiopia Yirgacheffe from the Wote Konga Washing Station in the Wote Konga Kebele, Yirgacheffe region. Grown between 1800–2200m, processed via traditional full-wash: handpicked and floated ripe cherries, depulped same-day, fermented ~36 hours, then washed and sun-dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days. Approximately 800 smallholder farmers contribute to this washing station.

Flavor profile: good body, green apple, white grape, lemonade.
